Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Because most products are food items, returns are accepted only if:

• The product delivered is damaged, incorrect or spoiled.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

Email support with your order number and photos of the issue.

3. Refunds

After verification, refunds will be credited within 7 business days using the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or consumed items without quality issues cannot be returned.
